The area of South Bandung, mainly areas like Ciwidey and Pangalengan, emerge as areas which have been worst hit by the 7.3 magnitude earthquake that his western Java earlier this afternoon. Based on information from search and rescue teams, almost all houses in the two areas are heavily damaged. The Hyatt Hotel in the city reports that the swimming pool is leaking.

JAKARTA, Indonesia - Bombs at two luxury hotels in the Indonesian capital have killed nine people including a New Zealander.
An unexploded bomb has been also found at the Mariott Hotel.
Local media reported that two people were killed in another explosion in a car north of Jakarta later on Friday. Officials confirmed a blast but said it did not appear to be related.

Michael Jackson died because cardiac arrest

We’ve just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.
Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.
